1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations made 36 Hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours before check-in may be subject to a partial refund or cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the check-in date.
2. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 Days of the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
3. Early Check-Out
- Guests who check out earlier than the scheduled departure date may not be eligible for a refund.
- Exceptions may be considered in special cases at management’s discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
- Certain promotional or discounted rates may be labeled as non-refundable at the time of booking.
- No refunds will be issued for such bookings unless otherwise stated.
5. Force Majeure
- In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, refunds may be provided at the discretion of management.
6. Modification of Bookings
- Guests may modify their booking dates subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
